Define, review, and implement credit recovery strategies for payroll loan products. Develop customer analyses and segmentations to optimize recovery strategies. Structure and monitor A/B tests and statistical analyses for policy evolution. Lead initiatives aimed at improving results and evolving recovery policies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Solid experience in Credit Recovery Strategy, Collections, Credit, or Analytics. Advanced knowledge in SQL, Excel, and data analysis.
