Define and communicate the long-term data architecture vision aligned with business strategy. Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies and frameworks for data architecture. Establish best practices for data management and governance across the organization. Provide advanced technical guidance and support to data development teams.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure Cloud Services. Experience with Snowflake data warehousing and DBT for data transformation. Advanced English proficiency to engage with international stakeholders. Proven experience mentoring and guiding technical teams through change.
