Core Responsibilities

Launch customer support in Colombia and take ownership as it grows. Define and track key metrics such as resolution time and CSAT, and set SLAs. Identify pain points as the product scales and improve processes based on observations with the operations team.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or consumer digital products. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements with a focus on clarity and usability. Basic knowledge of SQL and statistics.
