Research Associate

Supervise all Corn Technician and temporaries to ensure KPIs are met. Implement and develop new projects while maintaining active communication with Agronomy and Operations teams. Responsible for planting, pollinations, detasseling, and harvesting of all nurseries, and partner with Crop Lead in planning supplies and resources.

BS in Agronomy, Biotechnology, Corn, Breeding or related field. Good understanding of agriculture, crop management, and plant breeding principles. Knowledge of seed crop research and production practices, and experience in corn, soybean, and sunflower seed production.
