Coordinador Planeamiento Retail

Lead the comprehensive planning of revenue, margin, and profitability for the retail channel in Colombia and Peru. Manage the tracking and projection of margin monthly by country, store, category, and campaign; anticipate deviations from budget and outlook. Coordinate the annual budget and sales projections, evaluating campaigns and dynamics to estimate incremental sales and risks.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial planning, business intelligence, or financial/commercial areas, preferably in retail. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with knowledge of SAP and supply chain processes.
