Operations Vendor Coordinator (External Partners)

Manage the operational relationship and performance of external vendors (BPO), ensuring compliance with SLAs and business objectives. Monitor productivity, quality, conversion, and customer experience metrics, identifying improvement opportunities. Coordinate the launch of new processes, campaigns, products, and operational changes.

Intermediate English (desirable). Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience with CRM platforms and Contact Center (desirable). Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization and analysis tools (desirable). Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
