Manage full-cycle searches for various sales roles, delivering against recruiting goals with accurate documentation in Greenhouse. Partner with hiring teams on structured interviews and use market insights to shape search strategies. Build diversity-focused sourcing plans and ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely feedback.

Full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets, particularly in sales or go-to-market roles. Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively across time zones. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

The base salary range for this role is $86,400 to $146,400 USD. This position is fully remote and offers flexible paid time off, equity compensation, and opportunities for professional development.
