What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle searches for roles such as Backend and Frontend Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, and Product Managers. Lead intake and kickoff conversations to align hiring teams on role scope and interview plans. Use talent-market research and candidate feedback to shape search strategy and assess technical candidates.
What We're Looking For
Full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive technical talent markets. Technical recruiting experience or a strong interest in engineering and product disciplines. Experience building proactive, diversity-focused sourcing strategies and strong organization across multiple requisitions.
