Senior Technical Pre Sales

Work closely with the Commercial Team to understand customer needs and define the best technical solution. Lead technical calls with various audiences, presenting EBANX solutions and conducting exploratory meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to design and validate customer business cases, ensuring the best solutions are provided. Prepare high-quality documented solution proposals for customers and report weekly on progress.

Technical background focused on web-based/cloud applications and API communication. Experience in the payments industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a tech area. English proficiency is required, and Spanish is a plus.
