Core Responsibilities

Ensure operational continuity and proper functioning of Banco Plata's facilities through management of preventive and corrective maintenance services, supplier administration, asset and infrastructure control, and supervision of compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards. Manage maintenance and infrastructure, oversee supplier management and budget control, and lead projects for facility improvements.

Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Infrastructure, or General Services. Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance of corporate offices, branches, or operational facilities. Proven experience in supplier management, contractor oversight, and service level agreements (SLAs).
