QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Execute complex operational and financial tasks requiring deep investigation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis of systemic failures. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for the area, ensuring updated records for weekly and monthly presentations. Identify improvement opportunities in operational flows, designing and implementing automation projects to eliminate waste and enhance technical efficiency. Act as a technical reference for junior analysts and support the development of new team members.
Requirements
Consolidated experience in Backoffice operations, Customer Ops, FinOps, or related areas with high volume. Advanced analytical profile with solid experience in managing indicators, data analysis, and report building. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for operational control structuring. Previous experience with data extraction using SQL and dashboard development (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
