Coordinate the financial journey of clients (schools), leading the Financial Service team. Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and monitoring performance indicators. Conduct onboarding and continuous training within the Salesforce platform. Define and document operational policies and ensure clarity in roles among teams.

Previous experience in managing and coordinating teams in Financial Services or Collections. Practical experience in managing outsourced service providers (BPO). Strong analytical skills for monitoring and managing operational indicators. Proven experience in leading transition or operational transformation projects.
