Metro Full Mexico Supervisor

Lead the product scalability strategy by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing cross-functional processes to ensure business continuity and a frictionless user experience. Design and implement predictive analysis models alongside Data Science and Business teams to anticipate purchasing behaviors for strategic decision-making. Manage alignment between Product, Tech, and Operations using agile methodologies to accelerate the time-to-market of priority initiatives.

Previous experience in similar positions, ideally in logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning, particularly in e-commerce. Proficiency in advanced Excel for data modeling and knowledge of SQL for extracting and analyzing large volumes of information. Portuguese language skills are desirable.
