Plan CAPEX and productivity metrics, tracking results in Jira against the plan and reporting deviations and corrective actions. Standardize processes and reporting methodologies across different countries, consolidating the strategic roadmap for Execution Engineering in Latin America.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in managing complex control processes and back office, including automation projects, with availability for travel within the country. Proficient in Google tools, spreadsheets, and project management tools, with advanced English and desirable knowledge of Spanish.
