Core Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering products and ensuring an exceptional experience. Train customers on card activation and ensure their trust and security. Acquire new customers through prospecting, cold sales, or canvassing. Work 100% in the field.

Requirements

High school diploma required. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of the CDMX area. Patience and passion for teaching others. Experience in face-to-face customer service is recommended, and field experience in customer prospecting and sales is essential. Must have own transportation (motorcycle or car).
