Core Responsibilities

Monitor quality dashboards and metrics across operational and product teams to identify anomalies and recurring issues. Investigate the root causes of quality issues and develop a prioritized action plan for resolution. Coordinate with operational and product teams to assign tasks, set timelines, and ensure issues are resolved. Collaborate with the L&D team to implement necessary training based on identified quality improvements.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in an analytical, business, or process role. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Willingness to relocate to Mexico City and a B2 or higher English level.
