Core Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Manage employee relations cases with a balanced, fair, and business-oriented approach. Support performance management processes including goal setting and feedback cycles. Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze feedback to improve employee experience.

Requirements

2-3+ years of experience in HR or as a People Partner. Understanding of HR fundamentals including employee relations and performance management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Spanish.
