Map urban, environmental, and land use restrictions at municipal, state, and federal levels, developing Due Diligence studies for new asset acquisitions.
Requirements
5 years of consolidated experience in licensing processes for logistics warehouses and legalizing business activities, with practical experience in a corporate environment. Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Strong technical knowledge of regulations and procedures related to obtaining licenses and project management across various sectors.
