Lead transformational logistics projects and manage operational costs to ensure efficiency and scalability of solutions. Ensure daily and hourly execution of logistics processes, maintaining quality and strict adherence to safety standards. Monitor performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and inventory, and implement action plans to correct deviations. Engage and manage a team of approximately 150 employees, focusing on talent retention and absenteeism reduction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Experience in managerial positions and logistics operations is desirable. Knowledge in data, artificial intelligence, and agile methodologies is required. Must be available to work 100% on-site in Taboão da Serra - SP and have availability for travel.
