QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Lead in-depth investigations of sensitive operational cases involving collections, delinquency, and complex contractual/legal eviction flows. Act as a reliable resource for the team, providing daily clarification for junior analysts and mentoring new hires. Monitor daily operational queues, identifying bottlenecks and proactively resolving issues with frontline teams. Organize training routines for new processes and assist in developing and executing practical action plans to improve quality indicators and SLAs.
Requirements
Consolidated experience in Backoffice operations, preferably in Collections, Risk, Financial Operations, or legal support. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand end-to-end processes while balancing customer experience with business efficiency goals. Proven proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions without constant micromanagement. Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets for operational indicator tracking.
