Ingeniero/a de Operaciones AFP - Cobranza - Proyecto AFP

Supervise the collection processes from the start of operations, directly operating the systems. Document operational flows, edge cases, and critical business rules for the engineering team. Collaborate with the tech team in designing, validating, and testing modern systems that support the AFP's operations.

Minimum 3 years of direct experience in the collection operations of an AFP in Chile. Practical knowledge of debt detection, management of DNP, and generation of DNPA. Experience with judicial and prejudicial collection processes and familiarity with pension management systems used in Chile.
