Privacy & AI Governance Analyst (Americas)

Support and monitor data privacy and protection compliance across the Americas. Conduct privacy assessments, identify risks, and support the implementation of mitigation measures for new projects, systems, and products. Review, negotiate, and manage Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), privacy clauses, and third-party data protection requirements. Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness initiatives to promote a strong culture of data protection.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) preferred. 3+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, governance, regulatory, or related areas. Strong experience reviewing and negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), contracts, and legal documentation.
