What You'll Do
Lead the quarterly financial forecasts and long-range strategic planning for the country. Consolidate financial submissions from various departments, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. Deliver monthly performance packages, including variance analysis and KPIs, and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, CMA preferred. 8-10+ years of progressive finance experience managing financial performance. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities. Fluency in English required.
