Plan and facilitate continuous improvement workshops in various service centers, ensuring local team participation. Conduct comprehensive operational diagnostics through data analysis to propose large-scale solutions. Standardize processes and document operational solutions for replication across the country's center network.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Solid experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, preferably in logistics operations. Proven experience in process mapping, operational diagnostics, and implementation of complex solutions. Deep knowledge of process optimization methodologies and operational analysis tools. Availability to travel to different service centers in the region.
