Ensure the availability of critical operational equipment. Create strategies to meet departmental KPIs to sustain continuous business improvement. Coordinate and verify the execution of maintenance processes in a timely manner. Extract, analyze, and monitor relevant data from each process to define new strategies and identify root causes of recurring issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields. Knowledge of robotics, electronics, automation, and mechanics. Experience with Lean continuous improvement processes and tools, TPM, LSS, or similar methodologies. Proficiency in database management, Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau).
