What You'll Do
Day-to-day management of internal and external client queries. Support transactional processing and proactively identify client issues and solutions. Review interest conditions on active accounts for troubleshooting and assist in the production of department reports.
What We're Looking For
Professional fluency in English. 2-3 years of experience in a related role. Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience. Proficient understanding of emerging technologies.
