Support Engineer

Design, implement, and evolve the network infrastructure of our offices, ensuring scalability and resilience. Maintain the Firewall strategy, including advanced policies in coordination with the Cybersecurity team. Optimize MDM and Identity Provider platforms, designing policies and integrations. Identify repetitive tasks and develop scripts to reduce operational load, especially in onboarding and access management.

4+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Advanced knowledge of Fortinet and Aruba ecosystems, including routing, switching, VLANs, and network troubleshooting. Expert in macOS and Windows administration at scale. Proven experience managing IdPs and MDM, including SSO and conditional access policies. Ability to develop scripts in Python and/or Bash.
