Ensure the quality and timely storage of products received from sellers managed by your team, under strict safety conditions. Initiate initiatives to improve operations both locally and scalable to different markets. Build a productive team with a positive work environment.

At least 4 years of experience in similar positions within warehouse operations or distribution centers. Proven ability to lead and consolidate work teams, managing performance, feedback, personnel administration, and meeting operational goals simultaneously. Tertiary or higher education in Logistics, Transportation, or related fields is desirable. Solid knowledge in logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning is preferred.
