What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service, particularly in agencies or call centers. Proven track record in tourism sales and a strong desire to earn through commissions. Excellent attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer
Base salary of $1,982,200 COP/month with unlimited commissions ranging from $2M to $4M+ COP/month. Guaranteed bonus for the first three months of $700,000 COP, along with transportation and food allowances.
