Conduct active contact with clients (individuals and businesses) for negotiation and payment follow-up. Renegotiate debts for products such as credit cards and personal loans, with amounts starting from R$ 40,000. Perform collections for clients in legal proceedings and complete agreement drafts. Evaluate invoices and monitor compliance with payment promises.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Previous experience in banking collections or other types of collections. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on argumentation and negotiation. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Genesys, Matera, Conductor, and Salesforce is a plus.
