Ingeniero/a de Operaciones AFP - Gestión de Cuentas - Proyecto AFP

Supervise the processes related to the lifecycle of accounts, including deposits and charges, and generate regulatory reports. Document operational flows and critical business rules for the engineering team. Collaborate with the tech team in designing, validating, and testing modern systems that support AFP operations. Propose improvements and automations based on regulatory changes and operational risks.

Minimum 3 years of direct experience in the operation of an AFP in Chile. Deep knowledge of the accounts an affiliate can have in an AFP and experience with management systems used in Chilean AFPs. Proven ability to map and document complex processes clearly and structured. Strong affinity for technology and willingness to work closely with software engineering teams.
