Ingeniero/a de Operaciones AFP - Pensiones y Beneficios - Proyecto AFP

Supervise the pension application and payment processes, ensuring compliance with regulations. Document operational flows and critical business rules for the engineering team. Collaborate with the tech team in designing and testing modern systems that support AFP operations.

Minimum 3 years of experience in AFP operations in Chile. Deep knowledge of pension processing, with expertise in at least one type of pension (disability, old age, early retirement, or survivorship). Proven ability to manage pension applications from start to finish, coordinating effectively with counterparts.
