Analista de Gestión Comercial de Sellers - Mercado Envíos

Manage the commercial relationship with sellers to improve their collection performance. Diagnose and resolve causes of delays in delivery and preparation. Support the seller lifecycle including onboarding and continuous advisory. Monitor service KPIs for each seller and take action on deviations.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in commercial management or key account management. Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL, Bigquery, or similar tools. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM in a hybrid model.
