Manage the relationship with Last Mile service providers, ensuring they align with company standards. Analyze KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and service to evaluate the performance of the SVC logistics operation and generate necessary action plans for continuous improvement.

Experience in logistics, handling indicators, and analytical skills. Knowledge of SQL, especially in Google Bigquery, and experience in creating dashboards, particularly in Google Looker. A university degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Administration, or related fields (or equivalent operational experience) is required.
