Core Responsibilities

Launch and develop the field operation for the SME segment in the region, establishing initial processes and operational structure. Directly manage SME Ambassadors during the initial phase, ensuring productivity and operational discipline. Design the necessary operational structure for scaling, defining roles and future supervisory layers. Ensure efficient delivery and activation of credit/debit cards and POS terminals, maintaining a professional experience for merchants.

Requirements

Solid experience in field operations, contact center operations, or last-mile operations. Experience working with complex products or B2B clients (SME segment). Conversational English (minimum B2). Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, building processes and structures from scratch.
