Analista de Procesos y Datos

Analyze root causes and lead comprehensive solutions with cross-functional teams (Operations, DX, Control Tower, Business Control, Procurement, Finance) to implement scalable improvements. Manage multiple simultaneous projects, including pilots of new technologies and automations, prioritizing resources and influencing execution of internal and external teams. Structure visibility and accountability forums, presenting clear and actionable executive reports, and documenting the impact of implementations on critical KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in administrative careers, engineering, or logistics. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics planning, indicator control, and/or data analysis. Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio. Advanced SQL and certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile are desirable.
