Engineering Lead
MonksCore Responsibilities
Lead a diverse squad of engineering professionals. Provide continuous feedback, guidance, and support to the team, helping them overcome obstacles and improve their skills. Plan and coordinate task distribution among squad members, ensuring clarity on assignments and deadlines. Monitor project progress, adjusting allocations and priorities as necessary to maintain schedules.
Requirements
Experience in planning, organizing, and managing projects. Ability to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
