Manage all aspects related to Loss Prevention and Investigations. Lead, develop, and organize the team of Loss Prevention and Investigations operations analysts at Mercado Envios facilities. Plan and execute process audits, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring the implementation of corrective action plans. Define, monitor, and analyze Loss Prevention indicators, proposing and leading loss reduction initiatives in partnership with other areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in logistics, continuous improvement, process management, team management, and/or loss prevention in high operational complexity environments with multiple stakeholders. Experience in root cause analysis and practical experience with methodologies like 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, or similar. Solid knowledge in Google Sheets and Google Slides. Experience with Dashboards and Business Intelligence tools, with a practical focus on quantitative data analysis.
