Market Associate

Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb. Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality. Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.

3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support. Fluency in English and Spanish. Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.

The base pay range is monthly and is subject to change. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
