Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise telesales operations in external contact centers, ensuring efficient execution of activities and compliance with established guidelines. Conduct field visits to business partners to verify proper implementation of commercial processes and quality standards. Monitor sales objectives, conversion rates, and productivity, identifying deviations and proposing corrective action plans.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising sales teams (telesales and/or field), preferably in third-party management (BPO, outsourcing, partners). Knowledge of key call center metrics (conversion rate, AHT, contact rate). Experience in field visits, on-site supervision, and coordination with strategic partners.
