QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Execute the operational process of accrediting and de-accrediting partner brokers on the platform. Manage access, users, and the configuration of operational skills in the system diligently. Monitor regional capacity to ensure a balance between active brokers and client demand by neighborhood/city. Collaborate with the Growth team on experimental tests focused on acquiring new brokers.
Requirements
Recent graduates or students in related fields. Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for operational data manipulation. Structured logical reasoning and interest in data analysis development. Highly organized, hands-on, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
