Ensure the necessary talent is available in the assigned stores/clubs. Advise leaders and manage compliance with termination processes. Ensure effective capture of administrative processes such as bonuses, annual increases, and movements. Execute the induction process and follow up on training programs, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2 years of experience as a generalist and/or HR coordinator. Knowledge of labor legislation is desirable. Proficiency in Office Suite and intermediate Excel skills.
