HR Generalist Senior - Global Discipline Delivery

Manage discipline related matters timely and effectively utilizing Citi's case management system. Provide guidance to managers on discipline related policies and liaise with HR Generalists and business managers to identify issues and recommend solutions. Drive consistent application of process controls and ensure quality documentation. Manage escalated issues and assist with monthly monitoring reviews and remediations.

5-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or employee relations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Management Systems. Working knowledge of HR functions and applicable Employment laws.
