Provisioning Operations Analyst

Validate purchase details of new and renewing customers to deliver their purchased products and services. Fulfill provisioning requests accurately, maintain provisioning SLAs, and provide a high level of service. Review customer entitlements for accuracy and compliance, cross-checking Salesforce data against provisioning platform data and following SOX and SOC2 controls.

1 to 3 years of experience in provisioning, entitlement or license management, order management, sales operations, or customer support operations. Experience with Salesforce (reports or SOQL) and Jira or Confluence is preferred. Familiarity with internal controls or audit requirements such as SOX or SOC2 is preferred.
