Partnerships Expert (Financing) - Mexico City (Hybrid)

Build the financing channel by mapping and recruiting partner types that can originate or distribute Clara financing. Own the commercial design by structuring offers that work for both sides, including origination economics and co-branding. Personally source, negotiate, and launch the first partners, ensuring the motion is repeatable. Connect product to distribution by collaborating with various internal teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Minimum 5 years in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel inside BNPL, consumer/SMB lending, embedded finance, or a related credit product in Mexico. Proven experience in building or scaling a partner program, with strong credit fluency and negotiation skills. Must be based in Mexico City and have a tech-savvy mindset with experience in AI tools.
