What You'll Do
Provide customer service by building trust with clients regarding the quality of information received. Manage client inquiries and orders, including filtering, registration, monitoring, and communication. Conduct coverage analysis, interpret results, and present findings to clients while following up on actions triggered by the analysis.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Actuary, or related fields. Desirable experience in market research, retail, or mass consumption manufacturing, which can include internships or professional practices. Necessary skills include analysis and numerical ease, effective communication, creativity, organization, prioritization, and a passion for customer relations.
