The role involves developing and implementing category growth strategies, focusing on building long-term relationships and maximizing benefits for the category. The lead will manage relationships with key brands and collaborate with Retail, Restaurants, and Growth teams to optimize campaign results.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields, along with at least 2 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or e-commerce roles, preferably in Mass Consumption. Essential qualities include taking initiative, comfort in dynamic environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage large amounts of information and prioritize tasks effectively.
