BVNK#407: Senior Specialist

Perform end-to-end contract preparation and execution for assigned transactions, from receipt of contract requests through signature. Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize routine vendor and commercial contracts, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution, combined with relevant work experience required. Strong legal and business acumen, with sound analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with legal and business stakeholders.
