Specialist, Sales Development - Bilingual

Demonstrate the value and benefits of products or services through customer engagement. Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email, focusing on outbound communication. Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and undertake sales motions including lead qualification and contract renewals.

Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services. Experience in sales or customer engagement roles is preferred.
