Bachelor's degree in Process Management, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Administration, Technology, or related fields. Knowledge of Quality Tools (5S, Kaizen, 5PQs, and PDCA), Google Sheets, and intermediate Excel skills. Must be available to work 100% on-site in Caçapava/SP.
